Contract Buyout
Switched from directv to spectrum. Worst move ever. Sent in my final bill plus spectrum contact buyout. When I call to check on status no knows anything. Suppose to call backs and never do. Your customer service people would open a ticket and ticket remains open. This I was told would be processed in a month. I'm about to cancel my services and go back to directv. I'm very frustrated and mad.
